Our client, a popular Northumberland High School, is looking for an experienced teacher of History to cover a maternity absence from February 2015.

The position is expected to last for a minimum of 3 months, but could be considerably longer.

The ideal candidate will be able to teach History and Sociology to Key Stage 5, however applications will be considered from candidates who can teach History to GCSE.

Cover Supervisors Needed in Doncaster

Cover Supervisors are suitably-trained support staff who supervise pupils when teaching staff are on short-term absence. They look after a whole class of children and conduct pre-planned lessons providing guidance, advice and classroom management.

The day-to-day tasks of a Cover Supervisor include supervising work that has been set in accordance with the school policy, managing the behaviour of pupils while they are undertaking this work to ensure a constructive environment and responding to any questions from pupils about process and procedures.

You will also be dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school’s policies and procedures and collecting any completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher.

Our client, a county Community School located to the north of Derby is seeking an Early Years teacher to cover a period of maternity, beginning in January until the end of the academic year.

The school is a semi-open plan buildingsituated in beautiful grounds, providing both grass and hard play areas for the children. The school building is bright and spacious with three large teaching areas, each served by its own cloakroom. They also have a spacious hall with large P.E. apparatus.

School Caretaker

Monarch Education require School Caretakers to work in Primary and Secondary Schools across Birmingham and Black Country Area. Candidates would be at advantage if they have school experience and must be flexible as may be needed at unsociable hours.

- Opening and closing, unlocking and locking of school gates and buildings

- Monitoring and administering CCTV system

- Unsetting and setting of school alarm system

- Checking and securing the school premises

- Key Holder and be the first point of contact in an emergency callout situation

Lunchtime supervisors

Monarch Education require Lunchtime Supervisors to work with schools across Birmingham. Candidates would be at advantage if they have school experience however not essential. Candidates MUST be flexible as you will be needed a maximum of 2hours per day.

Duties will include:

- Supervising pupils in the dining hall
- Assisting pupils with their general hygiene (eg: washing hands etc)
- Organising dinner queue and entrance of pupils into dining hall
- Encouraging good behaviour and table manners in the dining hall
- Cleaning up any spillages
- Occupying pupils in various games and activities in the playground
- Reporting any accidents to teachers etc
- Assist with cleaning the dining hall at the end of lunchtime
